Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Hemiola products and subscriptions made through the Hemiola website. Purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store are governed by the refund terms of the respective store.
1. Merchant of Record
Web purchases are sold by Barbaro Gianluca (VAT IT03000180186) and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle issues your receipt and handles billing, payment, and applicable taxes.
2. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Requests received after 60 days from the date of the transaction cannot be processed. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the product, the reason for the request, and the extent of use.
3. Digital Products
Hemiola products are digital goods delivered immediately as a software entitlement. Where permitted by law, by completing the purchase you acknowledge that access is granted immediately and you may lose the statutory right of withdrawal once the entitlement has been used. This does not affect refunds granted at our or Paddle's discretion under this policy.
4. Subscriptions
Cloud Pro subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Amounts already charged for the current period are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or granted at our discretion.
5. One-Time Purchases & Lifetime
One-time purchases (App Pro, Cloud Pro Lifetime) are eligible for a refund within the window in Section 2. In addition, Cloud Pro Lifetime carries a specific guarantee: should the Hemiola Cloud service be discontinued, purchases made less than 24 months prior receive a refund proportional to the unexpired portion of the guarantee period, as described in our Terms of Service.
6. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at info@barbaro.it with your order reference, or request the refund directly through the Paddle receipt email you received after purchase. We aim to respond within a few business days.
